The danger of forgetting to take the drug is greatest when there is a change in the daily rhythm, in other words, at weekends, social events or on vacation. 
However, experience shows that after a while you get used to taking the tablets regularly and it becomes second nature. It helps to be positive about treatment. Reminder (alarm watches, pagers, stickers on the fridge or mirror) are useful in keeping dosing regular.
